(c). If the Secretary of State directs that the

shares are to be registered in the name of the Hongkong Custodian, and are to be sold by him, will he inform us es to what steps to take. For example, what form will the concurrence of the Public Trustee take, should the Hongkong Custodien apply direct to the Hongkong Bank in London, and whom can the Hongkong Custodian employ in London to sell the shares? (d). Would the Public Trustee be prepared to act as the attorney of the Hongkong Custodien in this matter if the shares are to be registered in

the name of the Hongkong Custodian and are to be sold by him. If so, what name or names should be inserted in the power?
